registering net.in or ind.in third level .in cctlds

the question arises whether it is plausible to register a .net.in or .firm.in when the .co.in or the .in is not available( as mostly the case).Although this might be an easy way out to get the desired keyword, however marketing will be a problem as some headstart (actually a lot) is given to the .co.in and later the .in (regarding time stamp of release to registration,.co.in was the initial indian cctld, which later it was the .in!) ,not to mention .com! however in the indian context and later with the mass gtld scheduled release, .co.in/.in should be at equall ,if not better footing in the indian market (if not global) ,however the .org.in and .gen.in offers some avenue for keyword aquisitions!
